‘Running (To You)’ by Nigerian Singers, Chike and Simi, has now been raked in over 1 million searches on Shazam.

The song was released earlier this year (2021). It was produced and mixed by Dee Yaaso Beatz and Biedermann Akeze. It became a trending song when it got featured on the social media platform, TikTok, where users used it as a challenge. Most users created content off it with their partners as a form of expressing their love.

The 28-year-old man released his debut album in 2020 titled Boo of the Booless, which had the original version of the trending song, dubbed ‘Running’ that was later remixed into ‘Running (To You).’ The 14-song album was one of the most-streamed R&B albums by an African artiste in 2020.

Chike-Ezekpeazu Osebuka, better known as Chike is also an actor. He is known for participating in the Nigerian reality competition Project Fame West Africa and also being the 1st Runner-up of Season 1 of The Voice Nigeria.
