Nigerian Singer, Mayorkun has released a new song dubbed BACK IN OFFICE.
The song talks about how successful he has become over the years and how he has managed to become one of the best by the grace of God. It’s a reclamation of title with an amapiano-infused tune.
The Mayor of Lagos, as he’s affectionately called, went away for quite some time without releasing new music. However, he announced not too long ago that his new album will drop in October 2021.
The Davido Music Worldwide (DMW) signee dropped a video teaser before the music release indicating that the new song is him getting back in office – literally in the booth.
Mayorkun is one of the best Afrobeats artistes among his generation of artistes. His debut album Mayor of Lagos was praised by many and considered a masterpiece.
As the fans calm themselves with this new single, the anticipation of his second album has already begun.
